Sales and customer services
With many years experience and knowledge in the waste and construction industry, V C Cooke's helpful and friendly sales team are here to help with all your enquiries, from prices of products and services to help and advice on recycling and Site Waste Management Plans. We even offer a waste consultancy service and would be pleased to visit your site to advise how you can improve the efficiency of your waste disposal, increase your recycling and save money! Operations and customer care
Staff safety is extremely important to us and to ensure we maintain the highest standards, professional health and safety training is provided on an ongoing basis, continually exceeding all legal requirements. We are thoroughly inspected on a regular basis by The Environment Agency, VOSA, and Trading Standards to ensure we comply with Best Practice in his heavily regulated industry. In addition to this we welcome customers and prospects visiting the site to carry out their own best practice audits.
We have recently bolstered our operations and customer service staff with the arrival of David Hayhurst at the end of 2010. David will already be known to many of our customers in the construction industry having worked for many years at Jewson. David's arrival provides us with more options to ensure our customers receive the highest possible level of service.
